We Care. We Deliver.

Need to contact the onsite team? We are here for you!

COVID-19 is officially a pandemic and social distancing is a necessary precaution. We continue to monitor and follow guidance from the CDC and the local authorities in each of our communities locations.  While we continue to practice social distancing, adhere to local regulations around face coverings, and cleaning protocals our leasing offices are open.  We are here to serve you by phone, email and virtual connections.  Please reach out to your community's office to understand how COVID-19 may be impacting their hours.

Are you open for leasing?

Yes, most of our leasing offices are open.  Additionally, all leasing and application processes can take place virtually or in our offices through the use of our online tools. If you are interested in leasing at one of our communities, please continue to schedule a tour using the community website's online tour options for virtual tour via video app or a private self-guided tour. We are happy to help!

How do I pay my rent online?

Rent Payments can be made electronically! Please go to your property website and click on "Resident Login" to begin the process. You can pay via the RentCafe Resident App or by text message and using Alexa! Please contact the leasing office for additional details on these online payment methods.

There is a problem at my apartment. Who can I call?

Residents are able to submit work order requests and we ask that residents submit work orders through the resident portal. As local government guidances change, our communities will adapt our services as necessary in order to comply.  Please contact your community's office to understand if their protocal for service orders has shifted from all to critical.  There will be a series of questions that we will need to ask before entering into your apartment.

What is a Critical work order?
  • Loss of Heat or AC
  • Loss of Water of Leak
  • Loss of Electricity (specific to a unit)
  • Loss of use of Appliance or Toilet (in a 1 bedroom)
  • Any life-safety matter
Are amenity and common spaces open for use?

Yes with adjustments on capacity and occupancy.  We continue to closely monitor guidance from the CDC and local authorities for safely operating the use of our amenity and common areas. This includes resident events as well as general use of common areas for business or social gatherings. These adjustments allow us to effectively clean and encourage continued social distancing, as it is our best method to fight the spread of coronavirus.  Contact your leasing office for the use of your amenities and common areas.

A package and/or groceries are on the way! Can they still be delivered?

Please email or call the leasing office for more information about the logistics that are available at your community.
